For the 2024/2025 Catechetical Year we offer the following options of Faith Formation for your children:

• Mary Queen of Apostles Catholic School: This is a Pre-K to 8 Elementary School.  Call:  724-335-4411 to schedule a visit.

• Catechesis of the Good Shepherd:  CGS is a common religious experience involving children and adults in which the religious values of childhood, primarily those values of contemplation and enjoyment of God, are predominant. This experience is shared in a place particularly prepared for the religious life of children called the Atrium. This is a “hands-on” environment and is comprised of 3 levels. This year we will be offering Level I (ages 3-6) and possibly Level II (ages 6-9, subject to Catechist availability). Classes will take place in the Discipleship Center at Mount St. Peter Church on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm-7:30PM.

• Faith Formation for Grades K through 5:  This is a traditional classroom model of learning using the “Word of Life” curriculum by the Augustine Institute. Classes will be on Monday evenings from 6:00pm-7:30pm at Mary Queen of Apostles/ Mount St. Peter site. Children will be dropped off at the school and pick up will take place in the Church.

REGISTRATION FORMS are enclosed for families wishing to register their children.  Forms may be copied. Additional forms are also available on your parish website, or in the Parish Offices.  Please follow instructions on the Registration Form.
